if the performance is the same among them, the selling price of exceed's is less than picco's torque. i will go for exceed's.

Are you sure?
I've seen the Picco for around the same price, even a bit cheaper...

Performance wise, I don't think there is any difference....

Be aware that the DS4 is based on the Picco EVO4 and not the Torque.

Torque is the latest spec.
But the only difference with Evo4 is that the Torque has a new lighter crankcase...

Xceed DS4 = Picco EVO4 = 2010 spec

Picco Torque is brand new spec for 2011 only for Picco until now

i don't think that it is a diff platform.
i think that they had to give us something new.
a new model so they can raise the price.
if you must buy the latest,go for it.now is the torque,next will be the rpm,next the turbo intercooler,next the ferrari tuning,and the last model before the world disaster will be the NASA design-tune-pre run-dyno engine!

From what I have heard the internals look the same. But now the EVO4 engines are dumped for lower prices with an extra P/S set which does tell me the P/S set must be changed or else they were fitted in the new line of engines.
