he was given the wrong sleeve. There is another thread around the forum that explains it better.

this is the first batch of the fx series.....

I don't know why JP changed the sleeve design too shortly, but I think is because the IDM engines design (by daniele ielasi) was copied by JP and MAX after the IDM engines were released.........

but don't worry, masami hirosaka ran the same fx 12 you have (at the preworlds, february) and I really can't see any difference from this engines to the new one....

the fx 12 t03 wasn't released with the actual sleeve design....


you probably owned the first version of the engine.......

my best advice would be to just contact them and see what they will do for you.
btw, it is not really cool to post slandering threads on a website before knowing all there is to know.
