Can anyone provide feed back on the P7-R EVO 4 TRACK .21 onroad engine?

From the specs, max rpm is 36,000. Is that correct? Or is it max hp @ 36,000rpm?

Most .21 engines have max rpm at the 44,000 + range?

All feedback / comments re the P7-R EVO 4 TRACK welcome.

On thing you must never do is believing and comparing that kind of numbers in the specs of an RC engine, they are always unreal.

The EVO4 is a toprange engine from Picco on the same level as for example the Novarossi Flash.
The quality of an answer comes with the quality of the question.
