Default Rossi Maranello Glow Plugs

Currently i use the rossi cold turbo plug in my engine. It works pretty good but the engine won't run above 200 degrees F. Will there be an advantage to using a hot plug? More RPM???

Yeap, hotter plugs advance timing and more top end power/rpm, it'll retain heat more too so it's gonna temp hotter.
