Default OS Speed Tuned 12XZ (P) Spec II vs. Novarossi FLASH .12

Has someone experience with both engines? And how would you compare them ... I would use them for high competition and I know to drive. I own a FLASH but just didn't had any oportunity to see a OS in action ...

Regards
