Help! How many shims/ copper gaskets do i use if i am running 30% nitro in my Rossi Maranello?

is the motor new or used when there new they come shimed for 30% sometimes

.020 and a .010 shim total .030, but it should already be shimmed for it from the factory like 20 SMOKE said
