I didn't see this thread on nitro engines and am a newbie lol but here is my question, hope someone can help out.

I have a older TOP/Novarossi .21 OnRoad motor that has been laying around in my box for 3 years. The last time it was ran a friend replace the connecting rod but also told me that it will need to have the sleeve pinched. I never had this done before to a motor but does this really helps in improving the performance ? And if so how , who and where can I get this done in CA/Riverside area ?
