Motor Tuning expert needed

My buddy and I have the same motor, TOP TSR12, run the same fuel Maxy 30% and have the motor similarly tuned. We are both having a problem where after the engine is up to temp and we let them idle for a second or two they will die on acceleration. They do not appear to be loading up they just die about mid throtlle as if they were out of gas. They will start right back up without any problem, we both have tried many different adjustments on both the LSN and HSN and I even went from a Nova #5 plug to a #6 cold which at first seemed to fix the problem, but turned out to only make it a little better. Any comments or suggestions?

Thanks

One more thing to note is that is is quite hot here in TN, the temp today was a round 90F and the humidity was very high also.

looks like your low end is too lean, try the quick fuel line test, after full throttle on the starter box, pinch the fuel line, if it dies immediatedly, your bottom end is too lean.

In general, when you squeeze the line it should speed up for a sec or two then eventually die.

Yep. Try what Johnnytc3 suggested but if it is that hot in Tn I would also suggest going to a No. 7 or 8 plug also.

Try to reset to factory needle settings:
HSN 4 Turns Out from Closed
LSN 3 Turns Out from Closed
Mid Flush

Ok,
I tried reseting to 4.5 HSN and 3.5 LSN and still had the problem. I changed back to a hot plug and 5 HSN and 4 LSN, it was so rich then it barely ran. Lean the top out enough to get it to run (about 4) and then leaned the bottom to about 3.75 and it now runs without dying. It is still not right though because after a 15 minute run the temps are between 280~290.

those are actually pretty big changes.... 4.5 to 4 and 3.5 to 3.75
hsn should be adjusted by 1/8 and lsn should be adjusted by 1/16 of a turn. .. I think you went from one extreme to the other....
