Hyper.21 Break in and Problems

Ok, Im curious is 190F to 210F good temps for break-in, also My engine barly uses gas, I takes about an hour to use 1/4 of a tank of gas, but oil is spitting out of the exhaust like crazy.

I'm also wondering about the accordian thing on the carb. If it has a slight crack/hole in it could it produce an air leak?
