Mugen X12 engine info.

Just bought an MTX4 w/X12 engine. Not very familiar about this engine. Is this similar to the Mugen MR12? I'd like to know the running temp. glow plug, how much head shims i need for 30% nitro. Any other info. about this engine is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Its a very very old Novarossi engine. Almost 5-6 years old. It was top of the line back then. Its similar to a NSR.

I believe that for 30%, you should use 0.5mm shimms. And a #7 glow plug. I remember those engines screaming from 250 to 280. But this will all depend on the pipe you use, weather and fuel.

How many 0.5mm shims does it need? Thanks.
