breaking in race motor help?
 

I was reading awhile back when i bought my motor how to break it in and ive been hearing so many different things. I have a stock brand new .12tz T 3 port on a Nitro TC3 factory team edition. What would you guys sugguest on how to break this motor in. i heard the heat cycling has been common in most of the break in precedures ive read but im a little lost on how to do it. I head idle for a tank iver heard put around with the car at 1/4 1/2 throttle for 3 tanks, ive heard wot for the first 3 tanks while monitering temp and keep it below a certian temp. I just want to make sure i do things right, ive seen this motor sceam and a rocket in my friends car.
