Default Small question about os tz spec 2 and nova353 the comparing,which is better or faster

Which one is better or faster?

looking forward the comments from the owner of these engines)

From my experience the OS TZ is fast but not as durable.

You cant go wrong with the 353 especialy the 09 it has a smooth poewer band with huge power!

The TZ is a good little club motor and is really easy to tune and is reasonably fast but imho the 353 is faster and like mrgsr said more durable.

On the other hand though the TZ would be cheaper to rebuild

TZ for small to medium track; 353 for medium to big track.

for my personal experience


os 12tz spec2 has very very good acceleration

while the top speed is not as good as the acceleration

Hi i own an 08 353 and a OS tz spec2 tuned version in my opinion the tz eats the 353 and will pull big pinions hands down the tz tuned for me and reliability has been very good

I would compare OS speed 12 XZ with Nova 353 09. This is probably a better comparison. Same price point too.
