Default Which Motor.

Hi all. I'm after a new motor .12. Either 3 or 5 port.
So please make suggestions i'm looking at any thing up to $300usd or so. Any input would be very helpful. It's going into a Mugen MTX-3.

Thanks for an input in advance.

I'd say give STS a go. D3 for 3 port or a D5 for a 5 port. Performance/support is really good and there is a big -(I mean huge) price difference compared to the others in the same league. rc-mushroom.com sells them @~145USD

DRIVERS!

Drivers are winning races.

If you have to ask what engine to buy, a super fast engines might probably hurt your lap times.

Get a Mugen MR12 or an RB V12, plenty fast and affordable.

I'm not so convinced of the STS anymore after trying mine at the Winter Nationals last week

Ok so which is the best Novarossi 3 port to buy. I think that most of the tracks are short so I need something with good pick up.

Thanks

Hi,

I'd say the same thing here.. Give the STS a shot? I'm running the D5 for a while and I'm very happy. (Can't wait till the next practice session..)
