some racers say that you need to change the piston and sleeve after break-in since these parts were pressured during break-in process and performance will not be the same anymore. others say that no need to replace them,just a waste of money and just wait until the engine loose its compression.

I would agree that changing the conrod is more appropriate after break-in.
But change the P&S after break-in. Must be joking. Then the break-in process will never end.

Never hear that! some racer change wrist pin,crankshaft and conrod after break-in process.
