I went to the STS website and found the Australian Distributer and even the shop that stock STS engines and parts. Unfortunantly they don't sell the crank case though and if they did, i'm lookin' at a very high price because the STS D5 sells for $395 AUS here!!! I brought mine online for $200 AUS!

Another questions: How long would the inner crank bearing last? I'm thinking about rebuilding the engine but reusing the bearing or should i replace it? It's had about 5-6 litres through it and has hit pretty high tempretures a couple of times (130-135 degress).

Btw, i've got the new D5R sleeve and Piston and they look absolutely awesome!!! Very impressive milling. I also got the new retimed and ramped (like the jp) crank aswell! So hanging out to break it in but alas, i have no engine case. Anyone got a spare D5 engine case they wanna sell?

thanks guys
You can mail Tommy I think he may have spare parts. But I would like to suggest you to buy another new STS motori because it is more economy. It's not economy to buy a crankcase only.

Yes,you better change the bearings at the same time. 5-6Litres is much! If you real buy a new crankcase,it will come with new bearings.

Not yet! The plan was delayed because we're busy on another plan. Pull start .28 for Monster Truck.

Default Dino I emailed you right away.

Dino I emailed you with the results right away, but I did it with MSN and maybe that didn't work. We did pretty well at Rd Logics race, but last weekend was very very impressive at the ROAR division 12 regionals. With a 1st place finish in every main from D main to B main. Both Richard and Dante finished 1 and 2 in the B main and bumped up to the A main. With two top ten finishes in the sedan class. We also ran the .21 STS engine this weekend for the first time as we begin testing on it and ended with a 2nd and 3rd place finish in the B main with one bumping up to finish in the top ten. Congradualations to all the drivers they worked very hard for two weekends in a row. Also I wanted to congradulate Robbie Collins with his 1st place finish, and Pepe with his amazing come back to a second place finish. Great job guys this was the most exciting weekend of racing I have seen for some time.

Yes MSN looses messages, as does ICQ, the best IM program for NOT loosing messages was yahoo, I never seen it loose one (Maybe use trillian to connect to all networks with the one progrgram)

Has anyone tried the sts d21b buggy engine?
How is it compared to rb ws2, novarossi p5, novarossi 421b?
Anyone know how much output this engine has?
