Hey when all things are said and done the motor are broke in and no broken con rods how are the sts performing. I have the new D3 but only ran it once in my tc3 so far i was happy with my purchase.

the Dragon series engines are more advancced beasts. I am running a D5. impressed with the power..... and most important... price.

I agree with price cant beat it the D5 is my next purchase for back up or main power. do you suggest to change the head shim for higher nitro just reading promblems other guys are having

hahaha, i am thinking to get a D3 too. the stock shims are for 30% nitro. if you run 16% you need to take out the cooper shim which is 0.2mm the aluminium shim is 0.3mm.

i got my engine from Harmony in HK but I find rc-mushroom has very competitive price.

Thats gay!!!

I got my D5 and im going to run it in next week but i dont have a 0.3 head shim for it.
What will happen if i dont change the head im running 16%nitro and 11%oil.

What do ya think!!!!

is that the case you only have the copper shim?
