RB RODY V-15 HAND MOD
 
hi can anyone tele me how well this motor run`s i have been looking at one i can get i know that there was only 300 made part # is 01700-000735 & how it would do conpared to a 12 ty :confused:

I believe it's a big block motor. It will not fit in a car designed for .12's without modification. If you have an old Serpent Impact or something similar laying around then it's a great motor for it.

V15 is a small block. It will fit just like a 12. I had a stock V15 and it ran just as fast and even faster than most modified 12's. The Rody mod is probably even faster. But that power comes at a cost. The torque produced is rather hard on belts and universals.

Cool, I didn't know RB ever made a small block .15. Should be a real beast.

It was released around the time novarossi released the NS15 (small block). You were thinking of the X15 (big block).
