sam 28605 does not work, the part that goes into the sleeve is too short, does anyone not have this button spare from a trashed engine maybe, its the xxl3, not the wc version, the smaller button without the o-ring.

managed to get a button locally that came out a nova ct that seems to fit, can someone however tell me what head clearance should be.

What temp you guys usually run Max engines? Id say on club rd and national? Just to keep it all season running...

Mine always runs best at 290-300f. Has 5 gallons in it now and still strong.

Top. Temp taken at plug.
I don't tune to temp. It just so happens when I'm happy with the tune thats the temp. Lots of factors come into play so don't take my numbers but don't be afraid if yours is around that.
