Uriah,

My CL12-ET just arrived! Thanks for the quick shipment! Motor looks great and just in time for the weekend. I'll be dropping it in my RRR Evo 2 today for the break-in and will head to the track this weekend.

George,

Thanks for your input on the clutch set-ups. I will be ordering mine soon.

Thanks Again, and have a great Thanksgiving everyone!!!

Just did a maintenance check on the Tuned CL-12 after 2 gallons everything in perfect condition,No scratches no pitting perfect carbon build up,no play on the rod & most of all still has plenty of pinch.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone

Tommy,

Is that the CL12-E or ET? I noticed it doesn't have the black coated crankcase. That clutch set-up looks killer and I bet it is.

Unfortunatly I wasn't able to get My Motor Fully Broken in And Didn't want to rush it.So I pulled it out After Morning Practice. But running it still a little Rich ( 206 -215 ).. This Motor Has Loads of power. I was Also Finding the motor to like a richer bottom. Very Similar to a picco. ( In tuning ). I was running a Sirio #6 Plug With .4 shimmed on 16% MAXY's Fuel with a Sirio 2611 pipe. With a 17/61 first & 22/55 2nd.
It pulled the 17 with NOO problems. And Our traction was very High this past weekend. I will post more After this weekend. We Have another Good Size event to Attend. And I will have it Ready to Race.

Well, I finaly got some good test results this weekend with the Capricorn 12.

I had been running the motor with .4 shims on 16% maxy's fuel Running 220-230 Deg.with a 2611 Siro Pipe. Tested a few gearing options , It seemed to lag in 2nd gear going through the High speed sweepers. I tried a few shift point adjustments And still was a little boggy . Speaking with Uria Murnan ( also testing this motor ) .
I switched to the pipe he was running ( RB-2604. With a 5 fin Conical Header ) the lap times did improve .2 - .3 of a sec per lap. And Not loosing any runtime ( 5 mins with no problem ) .

Comparing the 2611 sirio with the 2604 RB . The Sirio had more topend Speed on the straights..But really suffered in the short shifting infeild & high speed sweepers.

The 2604 RB. Really Improved the power in the infield & the high speed sweepers. But lost a little in the straight line speed.

I will do some more testing with a few different pipes at the next event, And Post my results.
