Cool, can't wait to get it on the track. I have almost finished rebuild/set up after buying it so i am keen to see how it all goes. I'm sure i will be happy though i will post some feedback on how it went.

whats with OS?....no 5 port tz?....no hot engines except for that 400 dollar stage 2?.....are they gonna make anymore 12's?

Take your time during break-in because it is one of the most difficult engines to break in. Make sure your starter box is fully charged and have a flat head screw driver ready to run the flywheel when it gets stuck at tdc.

Not only are they good engines, to rebuild it will only cost you $60-70 bucks. Other engines can cost over $100 to rebuild.

HUH??????:confused::confused::confused::confused:

I think it has already been broken in though i bet to find out for sure before i go nuts with the tuning driver:nod:

How many head shims are you guy's using. I'm running 16% nitro through it with an RB 6 turbo plug

The motor came with a red clutch spring, do you recomend to use that one or i have a slightly smaller silver spring that has come in another kit that i could use aswell. The reason i say this is because i started it up on the weekend and the second it kicked over it started pinging off it's head and the clutch was engaging while the wheels were off the ground. When i took the clutch apart i found the clutch spring had to much tension on it, so i backed some off. But when i was putting it back together it felt like the red spring was to hard for the set-up. Should i change it with the smaller silver one or should it be ok??? I'm just hoping that this was my problem not some other under lying problem i can't see yet.

Anyhelp would be great as i really want to get the best out of this mill.:sneaky:
