Questions?? Who pioneered Epoxy Balancing?

I was wondering about some Engine History, and who was the first to use epoxy balacing? Be it Tuner, or Manufacturer.

If we are talking about "balancing" I think we need a clarification of the posters question. If we are talking about the fill in the nose of the crank I think Sam is on the right track, Dick had optional cranks for the K&B .21 by just past the mid seventies.

I remember the old days and 1 of the option is the McCoy Epoxy filled Full circle crank will oil return groove, McCoy even made Cooling heads for the K&B engines, first in Anodize Gold then the Anodize Blue.
