Default Engine runing in counter clock direction?

Are all .12 and .21 enignes suppose to turn counter clock direction?

Yes, you are correct, they run counter clockwise.

they run Clockwise, Marine outboards run counter clockwise however. Clockwise engines will run counter clockwise but not well at all. Im determining this as if your looking at the back of the engine at the exhaust port. If you look at it by the carb then its the opposite.

I've always been curious....here in the US when you flush the toilet the water swirls clockwise. Does it swirl CW or CCW "Down Under"?
