Default Big Thanks to Mugen, MR Ninja and GRP...not really

So i bought my MR Ninja .28 the 1st week of OCT.. and the thing never ran right... sent it back to Mugen on OCT 11 and they admitted something was wrong it and they were waiting on parts to fix it and it would take 2 weeks. called them on NOV 2 cause i had no heard anything and they told me that the motor was now in Italy and it would be about another 3 weeks and that someone would call me..... well not one person from mugen or grp has EVER called me.. At this point i just want it back so i can E-bay the POS so i can buy another Picco...

So thank you Mugen for your outstanding CS...

Note to self: Don't buy a Ninja .28 off ebay for at least a year.

I hear ya. A friend had a .21 Ninja break a crankshaft and it wasn't even that old. He sent it to Mugen and they sent him a new motor pretty fast. I was never happy with my .12 Ninja so I won't be buying another one.

Although, I will say that 2 guys i race with bought .12 ninja's a few months ago and their's ran great.
