what is the stock settings on the needles on he carb ? thanks for ny help.

If you can start the engine then no stocksettings is needed.

The exhaust, the fuel, the weather and slightly the airfilter have influence on the total settings of the engine. When the engine is started you have to tune it on a feeling.
