HELP!!!!!!!!!!
 

i have this engine, and i havent started it up for around half a year, and now i try to get it started, but when i cover up the exhaust and pull the cord, the fuel isnt going into the carb. when i use a pump to pump the gas into the carb, it starts foaming at the opeing and then i have to wait for it to flow back into the carb and when i do start it, which takes a long time on a starter box, it either cuts itself off in a few seconds, or when i remove the igniter, it kills itself. also i noticed that one of the valves glow orange for a split second when the car starts. my plug is good, as it glows orange when the igniter is applied. whats more, i cant even start it on hand, and when i do try it on hand, i felt a tiny spray of fuel from somewhere. does anyone have an idea whats gonig on wth this engine?
