Sirio compare with RB

How does the following 2 engine compare?
Sirio 2.1cc S12T3I-STI Engine & RB Speedline Matrix-RW

Both engine from the same factory ( Sirio Based )

I had both and would prefer the Matrix with a MAx Pipe.
