Murnan Modified Motors

Hi Uriah,
Novarossi came out with a new plug, dubbed "C8TGH". Have you had a chance to try it with your engines?
I am still struggeling to find good glow plugs since Nova's quality went south.
Which plugs do you recommend for the MM Kangaroo and 35+21 in typical northern european conditions (From 60F to 85F; 55% humidity).
The OEM Kangaroo comes with a Nova 6 plug. I assume that you recommend a cooler one after your modifications, right?
Thanks a lot and best regards, Stefan

After break in I do suggest running the C8TGH plugs in most on road .21 engines, in most conditions. They work great!

Conrod wrist pin
Hi Uriah,
does it make any difference in which direction the wrist-pin is put in?
Normally Nova ships all pins with the open hole towards the front of the engine. The Kangaroo which I just received from you has the hole facing towards the rear (exhaust side)...
Thanks for your feedback!

I do always face the opening to the intake port so it does get some fresh fuel for an extra cooling from inside the pin and so the bushing of the rod.

It is the best fuel I have ever tried, and I have tried a lot! It is very fast, and offers awesome protection from wear. I use Powermaster 16% in my .12 engines, and Powermaster 25% in my .21 engines. I must say that everyone who has tried it loves it. I also like the fact that it is factory sealed, with no chance of any air getting in. There are many years of experience, and some special chemicals involved in making this fuel, and it shows. It's FIRE!

Hi. Novarossi sends engines with the opening to the front most of the time. They send the opening to the rear about 25% of the time. I have not found any performance, or reliability difference whether it faces front, or back.
