Wow $600 for a sedan motor. That is a lot. I know it is because of how expensive it is to start with. Murnan modifies good stuff and at a normal price. Man this .12 must be very high in price, even stock.

I think that is two motors for that price !

one is the "Motor" and the other is a pratice clone.

Uriah can explain.

Very pricy to start with.

I know a lot of people are into "cheap and fast" these days, but what's wrong with "expensive and fast" as long as the engine is good? Atomic TQ'd at the Mugen GP with the 353 and it's not like the competition were a bunch of slugs with boat anchors hanging off the back of their tail ends.

Is "cheap and fast" out performing "expensive and fast" these days or is it the other way around?

Uriah, wondering if you have gotten to try either the new LRP spec 3 .12 motor, or the new Picco EVO3 .12 motor, and if so what your opinion of them is, Thanks!

The engine is the fastest .12 from Novarossi to date. It is extremely smooth, and fast. I will be running the mod version at 301 this weekend. So far I am very pleased with it.

I have not tried them. I have tried the JL 12, and the Trinity Drake 12. Both are virtually the same inside. Both virtually the same price. I think the engines you mentioned are basically the same as the JL, and the Drake. Please correct me if I am mistaken about them being the same.

Thanks uriah, I have heard the same thing, that these motors were all basically the same, but that the new Picco evo3 and the LRP were the latest versions, a little different, but not enought to be a "different" or "new" motor... Thanks!

I do know that the Drake engine has a different conn rod than the JL. The Drake engine has 2 oiling slots built into the lower part of the rod, the JL does not.

Hi grinder I need to know if you think that the Murnan Ninja 12 works great in my RRR with the Skyline plus pipe. I ask you that because i see in your engine test that your engine run in about 260 grades of temp and you know that here in Puerto Rico is realy hot specialy in Summer

Thanks..

The Ninja .12 works well with the VR12+. The Ninja pipe with medium header is also extremely fast.
