Thanks Jerry. The IDM 12 was a Hit. Had alot of people asking what I was running after the race. Not bad for a motor that was still breaking in. Can't wait to lean on it some.

I am really behind on reading the post LOL...
That was a little issue the best thing about the whole thing is I have ran the engine now several times and the pinch and compression feels as if it were just a day old.

Default Evo3

I started a new thread dedicated to Evo3 versions of Picco, because they seem to be a great motor from what I've read in this thread. I really would like to know were to shop for them in the US.

Default Waz Up?

Jerry, did you figure out where you are staying at the Sedan Nats? Scott and I are staying at the Executive Inn in Porter.

Talking

I have not figured out the room, We can put you on the floor and Scott and I will have the 2 beds. Then about the head buttons, I will hold a class to teach you how to properly install and tighten a turbo plug. LOL

I just assumed you and Scott were sharing 1 bed since he still owes you a man hug. As far as the head buttons go I thought you were just going to just send me half a dozen with the plugs all ready installed and I would just send them back when the plugs were done.

That comes later I guess. And I think that you should be able to learn how to install them. Besides I did not know that I had to do all the work for you.

Hi XS,

what plugs are you guys using in the IDM .12's?
Do regular Picco plugs fit?

I heard someone talk about Sirio plugs (which the IDM plugs are, according to him) only...

Yes regular picco plugs fit fine in the engine. And Sirio's will fit also. They share the same taper.
