HPI 12R RC Evolution II - questions??
Just purchased one, now I am wondering which parts will fit.
HPI parts are hard to get for this, was there any interchangeable
novarossi parts?
Piston/sleeve, conrod, etc. Also, anyone have needle settings for this.
HPI instructions, on their site, do not list this one. So, I am a little lost.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Those instructions are for the original nitro star pro. I don't know if they are the same for the evolution II. The original nitro star pro is actually a Novarossi C12 and it will even say C12 on the block just under the exhaust port. futher down under the mount it will say made in Italy. This is still the best motor I've ever owned. ( not most powerful) It still has the original piston & sleeve. It has had well over 10 gal of fuel through it & still has very reasonable compression to it. It always starts on the third pull cold & first pull after warm up. It won't keep up with the current class of engines but it will (if you take care of it) last a very long time. Good motor for playing around in the parking lot or cul de sac. Sorry I digress. C12 parts are a direct fit.

My engine has K12 on the block. In great shape, bought it used.
