a good tuned exaust and correct tuning is the best place to start.
if the power is still not enough for you then i'd suggest you buy a better motor

if the carby has an insert then take it out. you get more power but you will have to richen the engine and you fuel economy may suffer.

yes the white plastic insert has to go.get a good tune and a better pipe for max power. just so you know that engine wont last too long with what we call a race tune.you should consider getting a new motor, something along the lines of a OS TZ ,MEGA,NOVAROSSI.They will last you a long time, and put out alot more power!

A good tuned pipe or removing restrictors dont mean nothing if you dont have a good clutch setup. Tune your clutch to engage at the engines sweet spot for the most benefit.

The easiest way to increase HP in the engine is to increase nitro %. If you are running 20% go to 40%. Also, the correct tuned pipe is key.

I made cold air induction. Everything that is hot (engine, exhaust ) is on one side, I moved the air cleaner to the other side were the air is cooler.

Colder air is more dence and gives you more power.
I recently removed the whole windshield to allow cold air to enter

Wow taking out the restrictor and richening the fuel really adds alot of extra power. i just took it out, tuned it up and let the throttle fly. the car took off much faster and the engine accelled much more when it hit second gear. thanks alot guys that really made a difference. anyother good ideas that will help?
