I ran 17/23 60/56 at 301 last week and it was really good. This is the same gearing I ran on my zx12.

What would the suggested gearing be for a happy medium between acceleration and top end on an MTX-3?

Thanks tons in advance!

Nigal, was telling me that the JL motor like to spool up or they will run hot. I have the hard clutch spring, should I back off on the clutch nut some, I have it set at 9.7.
Thanks Garry

Try using a medium Nova Rossi conical header with your skyline pipe.

I just put in my order at CWhits for the JLR. What is the part number for the Mega pipe you are referring to? I have been convinced it is a much better pipe then the Skyline VR12 for this motor. Thanks.

And one more thing, anyone that has run at the Capital Classic, I have pics from the Sunday Mains. PM me with you Main and car colors and I will see if I have any shots of your rig. Thanks.

I was just on your website looking to order the Red Dot but it is still out of stock. Any idea when you will have them available?

Thanks,
John
