Default Plug shot out, anything to worry about?

So, I'm back from the races.

The guy who runs them was very kind and took some time to tune my engine. I am getting temperatures in the 110 C range now. There is also smoke coming out of the pipe.

One weird thing happened though. While he was tuning the engine, he took it out, drove it around a bit, and the plug shot out. Luckily, the thread stayed in the button. Is this anything to worry about? Should I get a new button? It only happened once.

Yeah, I think that was it...

basically, we were tuning the engine (read: the guy who runs the races was kind enough to tune it for me), and as the engine was at 40 C from the start, it kept on dying quite often. He did some things, it was getting better and better... then once, before I fired it, I inserted the glow ignitor, and noticed that it was a little wobbly... I didn't really think of it as of any importance, and just fired the engine... it ran, untill the plug shot out...

Luckily, we found the plug, and fired it up again, and it ran great! Whenever I order something, I'll get another button, just to be on the safe side, when my current one strips.
