You have the rules of 200mm class not in the BRCA website (sheeeesh... their layout is twisty and confusing, seems that was made by a someone with a wicked mind). You can find it here:

http://www.brcatenthic.org.uk/Rules_06h.htm

Regarding the engine, you can choose from anything depending on your budget. A Sirio EvoIII or a Nova Plus 12-3 will fit nicely the bill.

Beware: IFMAR and EFRA/BRCA engine specs are different (main difference are on the diameter of the crank channel - 7mm on EFRA, unlimited on IFMAR).

If planning to order an OS, n-check you order the EFRA version if you don't want to be in problems with tech scrutineers at races (and of course a direct disqualification for using an illegal engine).

seems that from reading corseR's post that the efra specs could be the same as the brca spec's
