Convert a airplane FS 40 to a car version

Can this be done by changing the cam and springs?? If so what else would I need to switch?

WOW, at the tune of about $235 it can be done w/o carb.....and w/o the standard FS 40 Surpass. Maybe if you can get a used FS 40 cheap it would be more cost-effective, still can't understand why they axed the 40 car motor??
