Default FS26 w/ 2-needle 10ER carb

I'm trying to setup my Maxx w/ this combo and I just converted the carb to a 2-needle from my .12 and I need a good baseline setting for my needles....I don't wanna run too lean. Anyone who has done this can you give me some input, thanks.

Forgot to mention the fuel is Wildcat 4-Cycle/YS 20% Nitro 20% full synthetic oil. The motor doesn't run out of fuel top-end but just lacks the punch like an overly-rich engine and head temps are around 220 deg. Just not sure how finicky the thumpers are if the low and high needles are are out of whack. Decent off the line and returns to idle w/o stalling.

I run mine with O'Donnel 30% in my RRR

Sounds like you are too rich on the low speed needle.

Also keep an eye on the valve adj. for the first couple of hours of running, as they will tend to tighten up a bit.

Good luck!
