Default STS Racing engines?

hey all looking at a new .12 so saw an add for these engines
any one had one if so what is the experience im a bit of a noob so is this the wrong company for me just general comments price power quality all that please let me know.

look ten treads down and you will see the STS tread. Ive been following this thread a lot and im pretty much sold on getting the D3R. It cost about 130.00 and is said to be able to keep up with the best of them.

looking at a 3 port in an fw05 or mtx 3??

but are these motors reliable? easy to tune? etc etc what are their charachteristics?

Just had my first outing with D3R, even with it being still on the rich side the thing rocked, and was easy to tune.
