Default hyper.12 needles

here in australia a company called hobbyhabit are the importers of hobao. like ofna in the USA. thing is they are positive that the hyper12 does have alow speed adjustment needle, yet it seems that everyone on the forums says its a fuelbar(midrange) needle. who is right. if you have adefinate answer it will help me and many others here in adelaide a lot. because otherwise i dont see much point in adjusting it to fix my overrich bottom end.
