I dont know what thats supposed to mean, but is the carb open about 1mm at idle, and how many needles to adjust are there on your engine?

you did cover the exhaust to prime it?

The post above me made me realize that the engine is killed! I spun the fly wheel... spins very freely.

piston doesnt have any nip at tdc or compresion ? thats a shame cause the x12 is a great motor, i miss the awsome low end,midrange power mine had

oops just had another look at your photo and read the specs this time! sorry bout that :o :blush: hope the new ninja will go at least as good as if not better than the x12
