HELP! CANNOT REMOVE AAC SLEEVE SIRIO
we need ur help, cannot remove aac sleeve of a sirio aac .12 engine, we tried everything, froze the engine, heated the engine in an oven... placed the engine on a container full of wd-40 for 5 days and still cannot remove the sleeve.. need ur help guys.. pm me ur other ideas.. tnx!

Maybe you should remove some screws..... :D

put a plastic zip tie in the exhaust port and turn the engine over. the piston will push the sleeve up by using the zip tie and not damaging the piston or sleeve. once you get the flanged portion of the sleeve above the block, you can use a screwdriver to coax it the rest of the way out.

And if the zip don't work (I have cut some in half) try a popsicle stick or a 1/8 wooden dowel rod.

How about heating the crankcase with a heat gun without heating the sleeve? The case may expand enough to get the sleeve out.

it happened to me before , the only way to remove the aluminum sleeve from the crankcase is to put the entire crankcase in an oven heat it up to 300 degrees minimum may need to go as high as 350 on the crankcase itself then while it is hot turn it upside down tap on it and be carefull the sleeve will come right out make sure it lands in a container that won't melt "caution very hot"
