Dang 46.900 RPM !!! :sneaky::nod:

Nice paper specs but even my JP 35+ did reach that on my telemetry screen.

These looked rubbish in Fiorano at the last round of the ENS a few weeks ago. The stock OS's wiped the floor with them. Even the Picco WC engines were quicker and I haven't got a lot of time for Picco engines.
I did expect more from the XRD engines (especially as the people behind it came from screaming sirio heritage) but very disappointing to be honest. You can't beat the stock OS's or modified Novarossis. I call BS on that RPM claim as well :lol: maybe off load but no way in practice. |

46.900 RPM It's the highest regimen I've seen in a long time. But I do not know if it does it in charge, but there it is and always a good marketing to have an engine with a huge final RPM. |

I know RickV as sponsored driver and distributer of XRD did bought 3 Novarossi's for the worlds and from what I have seen he was running a Tesla engine. All because the XRD was not good.

Roelof,
In your experience, what is a reasonable and proven RPM mark an on road engine hits at top speed???? Thanks AFM |
At ENS Fiorano I know of 2 other factory team XRD drivers that were running OS engines with XRD heads. Yeah these aren't ready for the masses just yet.

The published stats are meaningless these are all over inflated paper numbers. What matters is what is seen on the track...
I understand what you're saying. |
I still have not been able to find videos in this ATOMIC while idling and rolling on the track
