Default T & R Hobbies - Elk City, OK

Anyone know about or raced at T & R Hobbies in Elk City? Looks like it just opened. I drove by it this weekend, looks like they have an decent sized outdoor track and a small hobby shop onsite. Anyone have any details? Doesn't look like they have a website yet that I can find. Nate.

Haven't heard anything about it. Would be cool if there was some information.

Yeah, it's an outdoor track, pretty good size but it was dark outside and freezing cold/starting to sleet so I couldn't get out and look any closer. I'm assuming they run 1/8 and SC but couldn't tell for sure in the dark.

I'm from Elk City. Owner's name is David Barnard. Great guy. This is a pretty new store/track. The shop has a pretty good selection of cars. Parts wise, like most shops he focuses heavily on Traxxas stuff. I believe he is planning on organizing some races this summer. Most of his customers are into SCT stuff. I have an Associated 1/8 buggy. The track seems a little small for 1/8 stuff but I'm still tickled to have a shop and track in the area. We are in the boonies out here. Pay him a visit sometime and tell him Greg the plumber sent ya.

Has anyone had a chance to get out there again, and check out the track again? I have some friends in the Texas panhandle who are looking for more info about this place.
