Possible northwest ohio indoor track/store- looking for interest!!

This group has been created to test the waters for possible interest in a race track/ hobby store in the FIndlay/Tiffin/Fostoria/Toledo/Maumee/Lima/Upper Sandusky area. Track size around 125 x 80 maybe a little larger is space is available. Hobby shop to include gear from Traxxas, Team Associated, Arrma, Losi, E-flite, Great Planes, etc. Track will not be dirt, it will be indoor off-road carpet just like the euro tracks. Great grip, easy maintenance, and indoor friendly. Proposed race days are Friday evenings and Sunday's during the day. Points series and possible summer indoor on-road carpet racing on the table as well!

So far some very quick interest. At this time possible track locations are Findlay or Tiffin OH. While I am searching for the right place to set up shop, please visit the group page, join as a member, add your friends!
I would love to make something happen in this area but I need a good gauge for interest and joining the group and participating in the conversation is the best way for me to know if this can work up here. I don't plan to spare any expense.
