Practice days usually busy? Would like to bring some of my trucks up and do some laps but would hate to disrupt the regulars if its super busy.

We actually race them indoor on carpet, all electric. I was just worried as the videos I watched of the cars you run are pretty fast and my trucks are slow and wide and would clog the track up if there are a ton of people.

The closest rc monster truck racing was held in brownstown michigan. Basically a temporary track, they'd roll the carpet out friday night, race saturday and clean everything up that night. Wasnt a track as you'd probably think, basically more complex drag racing with turns and a few jumps. Its how most of rc solid axle monster truck racing is done. I heard about this track when a few friends hosted a lap racing event at a track in Beaver Pennsylvania, think it was called the raceway in beaver, track owner suggested I should head out and check out Access Hobbies.

I'm thinking about re-configuring the 4-Tec 2.0 for tub. Looking for clarification on some things.

Allowed is any 15T 540 motor from HPI, Tamiya, Traxxas, or Vattera. Nobody likes the Dynamite motors it seems so, time to move on to either the Arrma Mega or HPI Firebolt motors. Sound about right?

Something else not mentioned in the rules is allowable mods, like fans, aftermarket parts like aluminum arms, braces, shocks, axles, and well, you know the drill you could basically rebuild the entire car with go fast goodies if you wanted to. lol

Finally, bodies. Per the rules, "Bodies GT, Street or Touring not legal for ROAR T2 Stock/Mod Sedan Classes No WGT bodies approved for Foam WGT." I get the GT, Street, or Touring part but am not clear on the "not legal for ROAR T2..." part. I have one of these painted up and would like to use it if it's legal?

U can use any hop ups u want. The motor and gearing are the main things as for the body no touring car specific body's are allowed either

A great Sunday of racing at Access! A big VTA A main made for some exciting racing.

Question, I saw that the race was being videoed, Where can we go to watch it? I checked RCScoringPro but no video option was displayed.

Holy shit! That looks amazing. Talk about technical, wow. Glad to see the death turn gone. You did a fantastic job and thanks so much for making an already great track even better!

Sorry I couldn't make it up to help. I had to give my son my car for the weekend so I could work on his.

Looking forward to seeing you on Thursday!
