Break in methods ?

1 Attachment(s)
I recently bought a new nitro car and would like to know about the high speed needle setting. I pulled it out of the box and read the instructions and what the default HSN should look like (flush) compared to what it looked like on my car, was alot different instead it looked kinda too lean which would not be good for a new engine. I'm not sure if my idea of flush is different to that of the manuals or i need to richen it out first.

Number two being what the HSN is atm.
or should i just start it up and adjust the HSN depending on the smoke?

Also id like to know what everyones best break in methods are.

Read the break in bible at the top of this page. Back the needle out to the top of the housing and go from there. The idea of the break in is to get everything moving together under the least amount of load, lots of lubrication, but still around 200 Degrees.
