I have to laugh at this because if you put one of these high powered engines in your car and it can't handle it your car will the price. For example a guy that I was talking to a few years back was telling me about his experience with a car that he thought was really great and so he put a brand new factory tuned engine in his car. He said he made two laps around the track when all of sudden it just stopped in the middle of track. he said he kept giving it full throttle and it wouldn't move at all. Well he got the car back to the pits and he said he could see the engine turning over and the wheels where stationary. So he pulled the engine out of his car of his car and then pulled the center differential out of the car and proceeded to take it apart and he found the differential was totally dissentigratied. He said that he rebuilt the diff and sold the brand new factory tuned engine to some one else. He then put his old engine back in the car and ran it.

sounds like an RTR car

for racing applications too much power can be a serious driveability issue ... in truggy though ....

Hi Monty he said it was an RC 8 that he was running that day. But also the track he was running on was a very hard blue groove clay track. I watched a Roar race there once and all the guys running where going through clutch bells left and right that day. I ran my cars on it for a while and I just hated it as everytime i would run on it , I end up breaking my car too.! Michael

Maximo,

If this is the case, than the SH 21 pro nitro engines should put down high HP correct?

Have you experimented with the new SH 21 engines?

Ps I'm not referring to the OS 21 engines re branded for LRP
