Which SH 21 engine is this?

I can only find it as a pullstart engine without much data. Anyone please help with model, specs, manual etc etc?
Is the pipe a SH Efra2075?

Cheap engines. Quite a few "can't get it to run right" threads but some say the .28 is a decent motor. Google away my friend.

Thanks champ. Like you, couldn't find any specific specs about this engine :-)
