I ran one a few years back to start the season. It was the FULL MOD version by Ed Bridges (EB Mods). It ran well and had great torque and reved to the moon with wicked top end HP. JUst sounded bas ass. Ithink I may have ran a 2013 pipe too. Longevity was an issue. Lost compression real quickly. I gave it a gentle heat cycled 1500cc break in as I do with any engine. It lost the metal pinch quicker than most.I believe the tolerances were poor and the engine was poorly manufactures with sub standard materials. The EB Full MOD I think is what made it Rip . Some others had a part Mod and Stock and power was low and longevity the same. If I remember the full mod was triple slugged crank silicone filled with what I think was some timing work. The crank looked sweet but I think the pin was too soft and wore quickly. Cool ass looking motors though. I would get another FULL MOD just to beat on.

I had 1 I used in my RC8TCE. Loved it! Great bottom end, think I was running a 11-12minutes pit interval. Used it for 2 seasons then sold the truck. The motor now still resides in my Jammin X1-CR bash buggy and still has plenty of compression.
I would recommend it.
