Default Does the hole alignment in the High Speed Needle matter?

Just wondering does anyone know if it matters how the holes line up on the HSN and the brass olive/nipple that the actual fuel line connects to. There are two holes, one on each side in the HSN and only one for fuel entry in the brass olive/nippley thingy

Does it affect tuning at all depending on how they are aligned?

I hope this has made more sense for you than what it has for me, thanks

No, the alignment of the fuel nipple and inlet holes does not matter. Fuel flows around the fittings and into the holes. The two washers on the bottom and top of the HSN housing seal off the fitting so fuel does not leak. Feel free to run your fuel nipple in what ever direction works best for your car.
