i think he is referring to the fact that it is a version 2 Monty. The Blue had XZB has no version 2 available state side as of yet.

I was wondering about that , I seen the spec II thing but couldnt find the spec II anywhere else , probly a typeo

It says Ver II on the head as well. Looks different than the usual XZB too doesn't it?

Its got to be a New engine from OS. What i think it is, is the spec of the Speed II With Shorter rod, different piston and so on....
